Project/Construction Management
Lapointe Engineering Ltd.’s staff of Engineers and Technologists provide Project Management and Construction Management services including: Cost controls, Contract administration, Scheduling, Inspections, and Quality Controls.
We have provided Project Management services to Rio Tinto Alcan (RTA) which include, but are not limited to: a security system, CCTV and Fire alarm, Renovation projects such as the drafting, training, and fitness centres, and demolition of potlines 1A and 1B. Lapointe Engineering Ltd. has also provided Project Management to other clients: ABB for the design of their proposed Substation at Kitimat Works, Good Hope Lake and Greenville Water systems, Greenville Subdivisions, the Telegraph Creek pumphouse, and the Iskut subdivision.
Our Construction Management services include, but are not limited to: the Kitamaat Village Upper Bench Subdivision, RTA Furnace religning, and RTA Relocation projects.
