(Hydro) Heat Exchange Kemano (Mechanical)
Kemano B.C., LEL designed and provided construction assistance for the installation of a 220kW oil cooler and associated filters, flowmeters, piping, isolation valves, and motor upgrades. The new cooling system provides cooled and filtered oil to the upper guide, lower guide, and thrust bearings. The design was optimized for future maintenance by using spare parts that were common to the other generators.
