Strawberry Meadows Subdivision
J. Oviatt Contracting Ltd. is creating, by phases, a new mixed density neighbourhood in Kitimat BC. The finished 270 lot subdivision will include primarily large single family lots mixed with seniors' housing and affordable lots for mobile home owners.
Sewage from the subdivision will enter existing municipal gravity mains through an innovative low-pressure sewerage system designed by Lapointe Engineering Ltd. Other aspects of Lapointe Engineering Ltd.'s design are:

• Complete design and construction review for phases 1 to 5.
