Road Upgrading
The roads in Laxgalts'ap were narrow, dusty and prone to potholing prior to 2006. The Laxgalts'ap Village Government used Lapointe Engineering Ltd. to manage and design the phased in upgrades to the village's roads. Our work included:
• Preparing funding requests to Indian and Northern Affairs (BC).
• Coordinating the relocation of utilities.
• Designing the roads and associated drainage system.
• Tender preparation, contract administration and construction site reviews.
