Lapointe Engineering Ltd.'s staff of Engineers and Technologists possess technical and practical experience in design and construction of residential and industrial subdivisions ranging in size from three (3) lots to one hundred and fifty (150) lots.
Our Municipal/Civil engineering services include, but are not limited to: residential subdivisions, design of water lines, sewer lines, storm drainage and streets, new water systems for potable water including wells, pumps and reservoirs for storing water, sewage treatment ranging from single family homes to community treatment, drainage channel ditching for re-routing of creeks, sizing of water and sewer lines for upgrading of existing lines, parking lots, dykes for protection from flooding and to reduce erosion, log sort yards, preparation of sites for new industrial buildings, and rock armouring of river banks.
